🎃👻 Halloween fever hit Boomerang like a storm, and we’re still buzzing with excitement! Our Halloween party on the 27th of October was an absolute scream. Junior and senior members alike came together for a night of spine-tingling fun, delicious treats, and some wickedly good entertainment.
The center was decked out with a haunted flair that set the perfect atmosphere for the night. The cobwebs, ghosts, and pumpkins created an eerie yet inviting ambiance, and we knew this was going to be a Halloween party to remember.
🎉 Party Highlights:
1. Costume Contest: Our members pulled out all the stops with their costumes. From spooky specters to classic characters, we were in awe of the creativity on display. Congratulations to our Best Dressed winners – the creativity and effort truly paid off!
2. Entertainment: The night was filled with thrilling activities. We had a gripping open mic session, karaoke that brought the house down, and a brain-bending Halloween quiz that left everyone in stitches. Who knew so much spooky trivia was hidden in the depths of our minds?
3. Ghoulish Games: The Halloween spirit was alive and well with games like bobbing for apples, where members dared to face the cold water for a sweet reward. There was also an eyeball dig – a challenge to find hidden eyes in spaghetti while blindfolded. If that wasn’t thrilling enough, we had pumpkin tic-tac-toe, a ghost stacking contest (using marshmallows), and the hilarious donuts on a string challenge, where members tried to eat donuts hanging from a string without using their hands.
4. Chills and Thrills: Halloween wouldn’t be complete without some spooky tales, and we had our very own ghost story time. Our fearless members showed off their acting skills in a haunting rendition.
5. Tantalizing Treats: The party was overflowing with delectable treats, including cupcakes, cookies, and punch. Our bakers outdid themselves with ghoulishly good snacks, and everyone left with a sugar rush.
