Welcome to HeadSpace, a group dedicated to promoting positive mental health and self-care among young people aged 15 and above. Our group provides a safe and supportive space where our members can explore topics related to mental health and well-being, form new friendships, and build social skills, self-esteem, and confidence.
We understand that life can be challenging, and we want to help our members develop the skills and strategies they need to cope with stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Through group discussions, we explore a variety of topics related to mental health, including mindfulness, stress management, positive thinking, and healthy habits.
But HeadSpace is more than just a place to learn about mental health. It’s also a community of like-minded individuals who share a common goal of promoting positive mental health and self-care. Our members come from diverse backgrounds and have a wide range of interests and passions, but they are united in their commitment to taking care of their mental health and well-being.
